A typical Monday morning. Out the door and into my '07 911S to caput to piece of work and no joy. Turning the key just results in a click. So I call Porsche Roadside Assistance so Performance Porsche to let 911S to head to work and no joy. Turning the key just results in a click. So I call Porsche Roadside Assistance then Functioning Porsche to allow them know that fifty-fifty if it get-go I volition be heading in to get a new battery or at least evaluate the charging system. While waiting for the service truck, I go several calls back from Andy who is already working with the Porsche mechanic, Jeremy, to try and diagnose my problem. I've never had a dealer do anything before other than say "bring it in and nosotros'll see...". The service truck arrived, leap started the car and I went off to Functioning Porsche with no date. They took my motorcar into a bay almost as soon as I got there and evaluated the trouble. They found a serious consequence with a damaged alternator cable and had to order the part, only they provided me with a loaner motorcar and I was off to piece of work. Andy and the Performance Porsche mechanic handled this result with great professionalism and client service that volition e'er be remembered. More
